We do our best to ship all orders of in-stock items “same day” on orders submitted before 2 pm PST. Some orders may take up to 72 hours to process & pack before shipping (not including weekends or holidays).
Tracking numbers are automatically sent from UPS, Fed Ex and USPS within 1-2 business days. If you have not received your tracking number, please send an email to support@luxurynmayhem.com
For customers residing in Hawaii, Guam, PR, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, APO, AE, Marshall Islands, American Samoa we suggest shipping via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. USPS rates are much cheaper than UPS. If you prefer, however, we can ship via UPS.
